A FUNCTIONAL FITNESS SPACE LIKE NO OTHER
Rack House Fitness is a clean and inviting space with over 6,000 square feet and 20+ ft ceilings. We provide an endless mix of equipment, showers and easy parking. We have hosted countless seminars, photo shoots and group events.
Our goal was to create a gym where athletes of all ages and abilities could come together to work hard and have fun. Everyone who walks through our doors is greeted by an engaging coaching staff and an inviting community of athletes. During each class our high level coaches teach, motivate, and inspire. We aim to be the best hour of your day.

Yes, we’re equipped with bathrooms and two separate shower rooms. Great for a rinse before heading to work!

Great question! This depends on where you are at in your fitness journey, and what your goals are. We’ll discuss this in our initial consult call or email. With that in mind, although we’d love to see our members every single day, rest days are very important.
There is ample free parking available right outside of our building.
This varies depending on the time, day, and season, but typically you’ll be working out alongside 10-20 likeminded individuals.
