Suzanne Parker

COACH & PEDIATRIC SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Suz grew up immersed in sports — swimming, soccer, basketball, track, and cross country — and missed that camaraderie the moment she graduated. After years of recreational sports and general fitness, she found Rack House's varied training style, which won over someone who'd always felt intimidated by weightlifting. Her curiosity about the body and passion for supporting women through every stage of life led her to certify as a pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach, and that program has become her true calling.

What started as a passion project has grown into a thriving community of its own. Suz's postpartum classes have become a space where new moms return to fitness — or discover it for the first time — and often surpass the level they were at before pregnancy. She's seen women make their second pregnancy easier, carve out time that's just for themselves, and build deep friendships with other moms who just get it. Watching women reclaim their strength and confidence through motherhood, while bonding with their babies in the process, is what inspires Suz to keep growing this program and the community around it.

Outside the gym: Suz is a mom to a one-year-old boy and knows firsthand the power of what she teaches. She finds joy in the everyday — spending time with family and friends and soaking up the little moments that make life full.
