The Bell's Ringing: What Is Bring a Friend Week?

Four smiling Rack House Fitness members posing together on the gym floor in Woburn, with the rig and wood wall behind them, promoting Bring a Friend Week.

Every fall, half of New England walks their kids into a classroom with brand new backpacks and slicker kicks than us. At Rack House Fitness, we ring our own bell, and we don't even need a haircut for it.

Bring a Friend Week is our version of the first day of school, minus the awkward "so what did you do this summer" small talk.

Here's the Syllabus

  • Any class, any day. Book multiple days. We won't call your parents.

  • Coach-led workouts for first-timers and seasoned vets alike. No prerequisites, no pop quizzes.

  • Big community energy, better than the cafeteria on pizza Friday.

  • A raffle entry every visit, plus high-fives instead of hall passes.

Nervous About Your First Class?
